Kronos – Event Merchandise

Kronos offers the industry’s most powerful suite of tools and services to manage and engage the workforce.

Each year Kronos hold a partner conference, Kronos Live, where customers from all over Europe are invited along to learn about technology innovations that empower the workforce.

Initially Kronos contacted us for a few promotional items for the event including pens & notepads and the brief evolved from there. When the initial items were in production other requirements unfolded.

Kronos then asked us to provide branded polo shirts for their staff, they wanted a shirt which worked with their corporate colours so we chose one with their company pantones in mind complete with printed Kronos logo.  We also produced embroidered Oxford shirts for a small number of staff.

Branded staff apparel makes your staff easy to identify, it means they are always advertising and creating an awareness of your brand. It also means you can be creative with your slogan or design making it a talking point and eye catching. Your company uniform and staff are the face of your brand, it’s the first thing customers and clients see when searching for a brand representative.  The customer will get an impression of the company from that moment. The client also asked us to work on Lanyards which would be supplied to, Partners, Staff, Media & Speakers. We designed 5 different lanyards in 5 colours which matched their corporate colours and all were printed with a different design in a consistent colour so it was easily identifiable from a lanyard who was who at the event. Believe us this is a godsend at an event!

In terms of artwork, Kronos supplied us with the corporate logo and brand guidelines which we worked with to ensure the branding of all items were in line with their corporate guidelines.  We then worked on the artwork needed for all the items we produced and took care of every detail, we even ensured all Lanyards were printed to match their corporate font.

We then held all items in stock and delivered everything to the customer in one delivery.  Each promotional item we produce comes with different lead times so by holding all items until everything is ready means that the customer gets everything they want in one seamless shipment.

In the end, the customer was able to work with us to produce, pens, notepads, polo shirts, oxford shirts & lanyards, meaning that they had the ease of working with one supplier for all their promotional needs for the event.
